The Open Monument Day invites people to visit memorials and historic buildings. The aim is to raise awareness of monument conservation in Germany. Experts provide information from restoration measures to historic craft techniques.
On the occasion of the Open Monument Day, interesting guided tours will also take place on the grounds of Berlin TXL. The motto is: "BERLIN TXL. On the trail of the total art of work“. Interested people are asked to register in advance for one of the two-hour tours via the Museum Service website.
